SyncMatters is preparing to launch a new tool designed to eliminate one of the most common (and underestimated) challenges in CRM migrations — inconsistent data structures.
Meet SchemaSync, an upcoming addition to the MigrateMyCRM ecosystem that helps teams align CRM schemas before moving data.

Why This Matters
CRM migrations often fail not because of the data transfer itself, but because systems are structured differently:
- custom properties don’t match
- fields are missing or misaligned
- data loses meaning across platforms
Fixing this after migration is time-consuming and risky.
SchemaSync is designed to solve this problem before migration even begins.
What SchemaSync Does Today
In its current MVP version, SchemaSync focuses on the foundation of any CRM — object properties.

You can:
- Replicate custom properties across HubSpot portals
- Align object structures before migration
- Reduce manual setup and human error

This is especially useful for:
- multi-portal HubSpot consolidation
- sandbox → production alignment
- preparing clean environments for data import
What’s Coming Next
SchemaSync is actively evolving, and we’re already working on expanding its capabilities.
On our roadmap:
- 🚧 Replication of pipelines and stages
- 🚧 Broader schema coverage
- 🚧 Support for additional CRM platforms
Our goal is to provide a complete schema synchronization layer — not just for properties, but for the entire CRM structure.
SchemaSync will be available as a self-service app inside the MigrateMyCRM tool, helping users:
- Align schema
- Validate structure
This approach reduces friction and helps avoid costly post-migration fixes.
Beyond HubSpot
Currently, SchemaSync works between HubSpot portals only.
For other CRM systems:
- users can submit a request via a custom form
- our team will follow up to support more complex or custom scenarios
Multi-CRM support is part of the long-term vision.
Built in Beta - With You
SchemaSync is currently in beta, and we’re deliberately keeping it open and flexible so it can evolve with real-world needs. We welcome your feedback.
We’re actively looking for:
- feedback on real migration use cases
- ideas for new features
- edge cases we should solve
If you’ve ever struggled with CRM structure mismatches — your input can directly shape how this product evolves.
Early Access Coming Soon
SchemaSync will soon be available for free as part of the MigrateMyCRM experience.
If you're planning a CRM migration, this is a tool to keep an eye on - especially if you want to get your data structure right from the start.
