About this position

As a HubSpot Specialist at Trujay, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of SMB and enterprise client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure a successful onboarding process for clients adopting HubSpot software.
  • Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and maximize value.
  • Efficiently complete the required technical setup for all customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and education to customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools.

About the Role

We are looking for an Integrations Architect to guide our customers through their data integration journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with clients and delivering the best business solutions—especially around data integrations.

You will bring a deep understanding of data integrations and experience working with CRM solutions (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua) and ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, MS Business Central, MS Dynamics, Sage 100, SAP). Additionally, you should have programming experience in JavaScript, Python, C, or Java.

As an Integrations Architect, you will lead client calls, uncover integration requirements, troubleshoot software data flows, and manage projects with a high degree of autonomy. You will also mentor team members and guide them as needed.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills, the ability to document business requirements, and the expertise to translate them into technical solutions using a ticketing system.

  • 4+ years of data integration experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in programming or scripting (e.g., TypeScript, Python, PHP) using APIs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including working with spreadsheets and performing complex data correlations and transformations.
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship available).

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL.
  • Experience with integration tools (Workato, Zapier, Dell Boomi).
