About this position

About the Role
We are looking for an Integrations Architect to guide our customers through their data integration journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with clients and delivering the best business solutions—especially around data integrations.
You will bring a deep understanding of data integrations and experience working with CRM solutions (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua) and ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite, MS Business Central, MS Dynamics, Sage 100, SAP). Additionally, you should have programming experience in JavaScript, Python, C, or Java.
As an Integrations Architect, you will lead client calls, uncover integration requirements, troubleshoot software data flows, and manage projects with a high degree of autonomy. You will also mentor team members and guide them as needed.
This role requires strong customer-facing skills, the ability to document business requirements, and the expertise to translate them into technical solutions using a ticketing system.
