Submission Process
Where to Send
Please send your completed blog in a Google Doc document format to marketing at trujay dot com. We will publish the blog under your byline, if you so wish.
Email Requirements
Submissions must come from your corporate email account. We do not accept submissions from personal or anonymous email accounts.
Topics
We encourage content that covers a range of topics relevant to CRM and data management. Suggested topics include:
- CRM Consulting Approaches: Best practices, methodologies, and case studies.
- CRM Onboarding and Adoption: Strategies for successful implementation and user adoption.
- CRM Strategies: Innovative approaches and strategic planning for CRM.
- Customer Data Privacy and Ethics: Discussions on data protection, privacy laws, and ethical considerations.
- Customer Engagement and Loyalty Strategies: Techniques and strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Data Integration in Business: Insights on integrating data across various business systems.

Content Requirements
- Originality: All blogs must be original content, not previously published elsewhere. If there's a particular value in a previously published blog, reach out to us first.
- AI Policy: We do not accept AI-generated blogs. Submissions should be authentically created by the author. (Using AI to generate ideas or an outline is acceptable.)
- Negative References: Avoid making negative references to companies, brands, or products.
- Research and Reports: If discussing a study, survey, or report conducted by your company, focus on the results rather than the methodology or the report's value to readers.
Style and Quality
- Style: Blogs can be casual in style and do not need to follow AP style. However, they should adhere to basic grammar standards.
- Quality: Well-written and ready-to-publish blogs will be prioritized. Poorly written submissions may face significant delays.
- Images: If you have a specific featured image in mind for your article, feel free to suggest it, although our team typically handles the creation of featured images to maintain consistency across our platform.
Word Count
- Length: Standard blogs should be between 500-1000 words. We can accommodate longer content if the topic requires it.
- Flexibility: We treat word count on a case-by-case basis, depending on the content's depth and relevance.
Publication Timeframe
- Frequency: We aim to publish 2-3 articles per week. Due to this frequency, there may be a queue for content posting.
- Deadlines: We do not typically set strict deadlines and post content as it is received and processed.
