About this position

As a HubSpot Specialist at Trujay, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of SMB and enterprise client relationships. You will serve as a trusted consultant, advising clients on effective strategies for implementing HubSpot technologies, aiding in the implementation, overseeing project plans, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute work successfully. In addition to working closely with existing clients, you will play a pivotal role in business development by contributing to client acquisition, upselling, and client retention efforts. As a crucial member of our team, your mission is to cultivate strong client relationships, provide expert guidance, and drive Trujay's growth as a leading global HubSpot Consulting firm.


  • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure a successful onboarding process for clients adopting HubSpot software.
  • Engage customers through regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and maximize value.
  • Efficiently complete the required technical setup for all customers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and education to customers on how to effectively utilize HubSpot tools.
  • Stay up to date with product changes and beta programs within the HubSpot dashboard.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to potential clients, promoting our agency's services.
  • Log all relevant notes from onboarding calls to maintain accurate records.


  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Required)

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated track record of helping businesses achieve results through HubSpot.
  • Strong project management and client consultation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with small to mid-sized B2B clients.
