How to Configure Your Custom Calendar in HubSpot

Calendah has been added as a CRM Card on your primary records.
For example: Companies, Contacts, Deals, and Tickets.

Can I customize which records are displayed in the calendar?

Yes! You can customize which records you want to display, such as Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Meetings, Tasks, Calls, Emails, or custom objects. You can also choose which field within these records to use for the date of the calendar entry.

How many saved views can I create?

More than you'll need! This allows you to have different calendars for different purposes, such as one for sales, another for customer service, and so on. In the paid plan, each user can display up to 20 active calendars at a time.

What fields can I display in the calendar entries?

You can display up to five fields for each entry. This could include information like the contact's name, deal size, or next task due date, depending on what is most relevant to your workflow.

Is it possible to filter the calendar to show only specific types of records?

Absolutely. You can apply filters to show only the records that meet certain criteria, such as 'Closed Won' deals or upcoming renewals for subscription-based services.

How can I access a detailed view of a record from the calendar?

Simply click on any calendar entry to pop up additional details for that record. This feature allows you to quickly access more information without leaving the calendar view.

Can I customize the colors?

Yes! We've added the ability to let you change the background color of the entries for each view.

Can I view multiple calendars at once?

Yep! You can now select to show two different calendars at one time, pulling multiple points of data into a single view.

Is there any cost associated with the the app?

There is a free version which allows for private calendars only. Only one calendar per user can be active at a time. There is also a paid version which allows for multiple active calendars and private, view-only, and team-based calendars.

How much will the app cost?

The paid version of the app is $49/month.
